Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs. Standard delivery is free on orders over a specified amount. Express and next-day delivery options are available for an additional charge. All delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch.
Order Processing
Orders placed before the designated cut-off time are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends are processed the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Delivery Timescales
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Express delivery is available for delivery within 2-3 working days. Next-day delivery ensures your order arrives the following working day when ordered before the cut-off time.
International Delivery
We deliver to numerous countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and typically range between 5-14 working days. Additional customs charges may apply for international orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your delivery’s progress in real-time through our website or the courier’s portal.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery option selected and the order value. Free standard delivery is available on orders exceeding a specified amount. Detailed delivery charges are provided at checkout.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
Delivery Restrictions

Multiple Item Orders
Items from the same order may be delivered in separate parcels if they are dispatched from different locations. You will receive separate dispatch emails for each parcel.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Signature Required
For security purposes, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are not available, the courier will attempt to deliver your order to a neighbour or leave instructions for collection.

Click and Collect
We offer a click and collect service from selected partner locations. This service is typically free of charge and items are usually available for collection within 2-3 working days.
Weekend Delivery
Weekend delivery options are available for selected postcodes for an additional charge. Saturday and Sunday delivery slots can be selected during the checkout process.
Delivery Insurance
All deliveries are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
