Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Eligibility
Promotions are available to registered users of our website who are 18 years or older. Employees of our company and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in promotions unless otherwise stated.
2. Promotion Period
Each promotion is valid for a specified period only. Orders must be placed during the promotion period to qualify. We reserve the right to amend or extend promotion periods at our discretion.
3. Discount Codes
Discount codes must be entered at checkout to apply. Only one promotion code can be used per order. Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
4. Minimum Spend Requirements
Some promotions require a minimum spend to qualify. The minimum spend amount is calculated after any discounts are applied and excludes delivery charges.
5. Product Exclusions
Certain products may be excluded from promotions. These exclusions will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Typically excluded are gift cards, sale items, and selected branded products.
6. Usage Limits
Promotion codes may be subject to usage limits per customer. We reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed reasonable usage limits or show signs of fraudulent activity.
7. Promotion Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice. This includes changing discount terms, eligibility criteria, or ending promotions early.
8. Non-Transferable
Promotion codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused portion of a promotion discount will not be refunded or credited.
9. First Order Discounts
First order discounts are available to new customers only. Existing customers creating new accounts to claim first order discounts may have their orders cancelled.
10. Free Gift Promotions
Free gifts are subject to availability. If a free gift is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value. Only one free gift per qualifying order.
11. Free Shipping Offers
Free shipping promotions apply to standard delivery only. Express delivery options may require additional payment. Free shipping thresholds are based on order value after discounts.
12. Student Discounts
Valid student ID or verification through student discount platforms is required. Student discounts cannot be combined with other promotion codes unless specified.
13. Referral Programs
Both referrer and referee must meet eligibility requirements. Referral credits are typically issued after the referee’s first order is completed. Credits may have expiration dates.
14. Seasonal Sales
Sale prices are available for a limited time only. While stocks last. Normal returns policy applies to sale items unless otherwise stated.
15. Price Promise
Price promise promotions require the identical item to be available at a lower price from a qualifying competitor. Proof of lower price must be provided. Exclusions apply.
16. Loyalty Programs
Loyalty points are earned on qualifying purchases. Points may have expiration dates. Redemption values and rules are set out in the loyalty program terms.
17. Social Media Promotions
Social media competitions and giveaways have separate terms. Participation requires following account and engagement with post. Winners are selected randomly.
18. Promotion Abuse
We reserve the right to void any promotion benefits and cancel orders if we suspect promotion abuse or fraudulent activity. Decisions regarding abuse are final.
19. Returns and Refunds
If you return items purchased using a promotion, the refund value will be based on the actual amount paid after discount application. Promotion benefits may be lost on partial returns.
20. General Terms
These terms should be read in conjunction with our main Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict between promotion terms and main terms, the promotion terms shall prevail for that specific promotion.
